I know I neglect this thing pretty hard, but hey here is some more standup by me! At least it is something right?

Thanks! I’d love to do a webshow and have been talking with a friend of mine. Just need the right opportunity at this point!
Hey everyone. I recently started doing standup comedy and got a set on video. Go check it out if you can. Feedback from people that don’t know me would be super great!

Ask any person, “why is milk good for you?” and they’ll tell you “it’s good for calcium”. This is a huge myth that has been fuelled by milk lobbyists and the dairy industry, an industry that is worth $70 billion in the U.S. alone. In reality there are a lot of risks associated with dairy consumption. The Harvard nurses health study which followed 85,000 nurses for 12 years found those that consumed animal protein had a higher risk of bone fracture because it has a high sulphur content. A recent Harvard study showed pasteurised milk products from factory farms are linked to causing hormone-dependent cancers because of the dangerously high levels of estrone sulfate, an estrogen compound linked to testicular, prostate, and breast cancers.
So why is milk bad for you? Animal protein is shown to accelerate osteoporosis because of the high level of acid in dairy, this forces the blood to reestablish a proper Ph balance. In order to do this, the body withdraws calcium-phosphate from the bones as a buffer and uses alkaline mineral phosphate to neutralise the acid. Calcium is then excreted through our urine. So it is no big surprise that nations with the highest rate of dairy consumption also have the highest rates of osteoporosis. If you look you will find many scientific studies that show an assortment of detrimental health effects directly linked to milk consumption.
But mainstream health practitioners and established nutrition continue to promote dairy as a rich source of calcium. Which is true, cow’s milk is excellent for calcium nourishment, but each mammal species has their own “designer” milk perfect for their offspring not other mammals. When we drink cow’s milk it creates metabolic disturbances that have detrimental bone health consequences.
Non-dairy sources of calcium are the healthier options! Other ways to keep your bones strong are to reduce sodium intake, eat lots of vegetables, don’t overdo protein, exercise, and get ample amounts of Vitamin D!

THE CHINA STUDY please and thank you. This rocks. Meat and dairy turn your body into your own worst enemy.
SLEEP AND MELVINS! AH! I SAW SLEEP AND MELVINS TOGETHER. It was totally amazing, they both played really great sets. Melvins had trademark weirdness halfway through singing Happy Birthday twice and then The Star Spangled Banner. The crowd was full of total assholes and when Sleep took the stage they told the crowd to fuck off and stop being dicks. They played a super long amazing set with great visuals projected back, just weed and space. One of the best performances I have seen.
Did the Black Metal pilgrimage to Norway with my lady. Most of our time was spent in Stavanger with some really great friends. It was totally beautiful and reminded me a lot of Canada, I am very tempted to move out there sometime soon. We had a funny beach party to celebrate the separation of Church and State complete with pentagram and upside down cross flag (yes, I am aware of the original meaning, St. Peter’s Cross, blah blah). We hiked up a mountain, and saw some festivities for May 17th. Spent a little time in Oslo too and it was all definitely a great breath of fresh air from Paris.
